NURTURE BUBBLE - STARTING WEDNESDAY 3RD APRIL 2024 - 6.30AM

Hello Darling

First of all, well done you for taking the first steps to joining us online here at Ubermummies and I am so excited to hold your hand and make this happen for you!

I can't do it for you, but I can do everything to help you make it happen - I will be right by your side along with a great gang of other amazing girls, all starting at the same time.

You will start your first 6.30am session on Wednesday 3rd April at 6.30am.

We have 4 ONLINE LIVE classes for you to commit to weekly - 3 strength combination sessions with me on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's at 6.30am and then you have LIVE Pilates with Georgie on a Thursday at 6.30am.

I am going to gift you 2 weeks of FREE access to Ubermummies ONLINE workouts to really get your routine in place. All I ask for is your commitment to these sessions, as this is what will create new found habits to move forward with. After those 2 weeks you will sign up to our £28 a month ONLINE membership to continue what you have started - that is only a £7 per week investment into yourself and your future. I will give you full ONLINE access prior to Wednesday 3rd LIVE class at 6.30am.

All classes are LIVE STREAMED to a private members Facebook community, so should you NOT be able to make the LIVE happen, you can always catch up at your own convenience to stay consistent.

We will all meet on a ZOOM 'Get Started' meeting on Tuesday 2nd April at 7.30pm for 30 mins. In this session we will talk through what you can expect, it will be your chance to meet the other girls starting, to ask any questions, run over any concerns and no question or concern is off limits - ask away, let's make sure you feel super confident to get going the following morning. Please put this in your diary and be there - I will share this link with the group before Tuesday via our Telegram Nuture Bubble. 

We will have a Telegram Container chat for us all to be a part of and this is what we currently use to keep members connected and motivated, so please play an active part in this - it builds friendships and really supports your journey to making this become part of daily life. It is very important that I am aware of anything health related before you take part in the workouts, so please complete the Health questionnaire and all questions below.
