It really couldn't be more simple!
7 days just for you - commit and fly into December feeling like a cracker!
Every single morning there will be a LIVE workout for you to start your day with... treat this like a week of goodness & commitment to yourself.
Be accountable & part of something alongside others.
Every day there will be additional workouts in the schedule.
Each day for 7 days at 1pm there will be a LIVE interview/cookalong/presentation on the subjects of -
Fashion, Fitness, Family, Festive, Food, Finance & Flourishing
We will be joined by incredible, inspirational and REAL women to bring you their passion, knowledge & wisdom on these subjects!
Once you sign up HERE you will get access to the full schedule for the week, the full list of contributors & become part of the community where you will hang out for the week!
